HONORABLE MENTIONS
QUARTERBACKS
Noah Kim (E Mi) 3% Rostered
Kim is coming off of a bye week. He has put together two decent performances the last two games against some of the better teams in the MAC (Miami, OH and Ohio). He scored 27.25 and 27.95 fantasy points in those two contests while averaging 3.5 total TDs/game. The fact he put up that many fantasy points in games with bad fantasy match up grades means he may have more value than his upcoming schedule match ups show.
Dequan Finn (MiaOH) 26% Rostered
Finn is coming off of a bye week. In is last two games he has produced 33.75 and 28.2 fantasy points. The biggest difference in his play is that he’s scored a rushing TD in each of those last two games. The downside is that he’s only scored another rushing TD once this season.
D’Wayne Lunch Winfield (ULLaf) 20% Rostered
Winfield is your traditional dual-threat QB that you like to see in college fantasy football. Last week against South Alabama he put up 30.1 fantasy points. Consistent fantasy production is an issue with him as he’s scored 25+ fantasy points only twice this season.
RUNNING BACKS
Qua Ashley (Ball) 16% Rostered
Current Week Match-Up Target
Ashley is coming off of a bye week. In his last game he only accounted for 5 fantasy points so why would I recommend him? He has shown he score produce in the right match ups which he’s done three times this season (scoring 37.7, 17.5, & 20.9 fantasy points in those favorable match ups). With Kent State and Eastern Michigan coming up next he is the best option here for immediate impact on your roster.
Jevyon Ducker (Tem) 24% Rostered
Current Week Match-Up Target
After three good fantasy performances in a row Ducker has a down game last week only scoring 11.1 fantasy points. I’m still recommending him as he has a good match up this week, and another one in Week 14. Its hard finding RBs right now that can help you this week as you work to lock down your playoff spots.
Xavier Robinson (Okla) 7% Rostered
I really like what I’ve seen from Robinson in the last two weeks. During that time he’s totaled 25 carries for 224 yards and 3 TDs. He has a bye this week then three average match ups remaining on the schedule. This weaker schedule is the reason I have him listed so low this week.
WIDE RECEIVERS
Davion Dozier (App) 3% Rostered
Current Week Match-Up Target
Volume Workload Target
Dozier is coming off of a bye week. Before that he has scored 15+ fantasy points in three of his last four games (including one 22 fantasy point performance). He’s a floor play guy that has a great remaining schedule. He’s get the nod over Kenny Johnson because Dozier doesn’t have a bye left and he can help your team this week.
Kenny Johnson (Pitt) 21% Rostered
Volume Workload Target
Playoff Match-Up Target
Over the last two weeks Johnson has been playing banged up but has scored 20.7 and 15.1 fantasy points. The Pitt offense is clicking in the passing game right now and he is being utilized as the WR1. Once you get through his Week 11 bye his remaining schedule is filled with great match ups.
Jordan Hudson (SMU) 16% Rostered
Current Week Match-Up Target
Volume Workload Target
Hudson’s fantasy production has been up and down in his last five games but he’s been getting between 7-13 targets/game. He has scored 19+ fantasy points and had 130+ receiving yards in two of his last three games. He also has the best match up this week of this group of WRs.
Amare Thomas (Hou) 27% Rostered
Volume Workload Target
Thomas put up his best performance of the season last week scoring 32.9 fantasy points. His 13 targets that game in only the second time this season he has had 10+ targets in a game. His performance was very TD heavy (scoring 3) and he’s only reached the end zone in four of his nine games this season. His best chance to score again will be in Week 13 against TCU.
Shelton Sampson (ULLaf) 12% Rostered
After getting injured in September Sampson has return for two games now and scored 15.9 and 28.8 fantasy points. His production is the best of this group of WRs but his remaining schedule is the worst of this group as well. While this week’s fantasy match up grade is a C+ I think he could be still useful in your line up.
TIGHT ENDS
Kanen Hamlett (App) 0% Rostered
Current Week Match-Up Target
Hamlett is coming off of a bye week. With starting TE Izayah Cummings lost for the season Hamlett stepped up and had 10 targets for 6 receptions, 72 yards and 1 TD in his only game as the starter (16.2 fantasy points). Due to the small sample size we have for him I held back from making him a Top 5 pick this week despite the great remaining schedule he has.
QUARTERBACKS
Joe Fagnano (UConn) 24% Rostered
Top 5 Target
Current Week Match-Up Target
Volume Workload Target
By no surprise Fagnano tops my QB list again this week. He’s now scored 28+ fantasy points in his last four games. The remaining three games left on the schedule provide amazing match ups for him to keep his hot streak running.
Cameran Brown (GaSt) 8% Rostered
Top 5 Target
Current Week Match-Up Target
Volume Workload Target
Playoff Match-Up Target
Brown is coming off of a bye week. The coaches were wise to make the switch to Brown at QB. In his three starts this season he has scored 27.2, 36, & 34.75 fantasy points. He is a dual threat QB and over the last two games totaled 25 carries for 187 yards and 1 TD on the ground. All of his remaining games are playable from a fantasy perspective.
Walker Eget (SJSU) 25% Rostered
Top 5 Target
Current Week Match-Up Target
Volume Workload Target
Playoff Match-Up Target
Eget remains a favorite waiver wire target yet again. Last week against Hawaii he scored 33.4 fantasy points. In his last five games he has scored between 26.8-38.05 fantasy points. All four of his remaining games provide quality fantasy match ups which is not easy to find right now.
JC French (GaSo) 15% Rostered
Top 5 Target
Current Week Match-Up Target
French is coming off of a bye week. He’s now put together three good fantasy games in a row. During that time he’s scored 29.45, 37, & 28.3 fantasy points. Over the last two games he has rushed for a total of 30 carries for 124 yards and 2 TDs. His last two games with Old Dominion and Marshall should find Georgia Southern trailing and providing French with “playing from behind” game scripts.
Samari Collier (CoCar) 1% Rostered
Top 5 Target
Since taking over the starting QB job Collier has been improving each week. In his three starts he has scored 20.45, 28.5, and 35.3 fantasy points. He typically runs the ball as much as he throws it and in his last two games has run for 149 yards and 4 TDs. His passing has been improving two, going from 6.2 yards/attempt to 9.8 yards/attempt in his last to games.
RUNNING BACKS
London Montgomery (ECU) 9% Rostered
Top 5 Target
Current Week Match-Up Target
Playoff Match-Up Target
It appears the light bulb has turned on for Montgomery. In his last two games he’s see a huge jump in his yards/carry while scoring 21 and 16.3 fantasy points. The question is can he keep that going? If you look at this remaining schedule you’d think he has a really got shot.
Evan Dickens (Lib) 11% Rostered
Top 5 Target
Current Week Match-Up Target
Dickens has now put together two good fantasy performances in a row, scoring 17 fantasy points against New Mexico State and having a career best day last week. Against Delaware he had 22 carries for 217 yards and 4 TDs. I still view him as a guy I can count on for around 17 fantasy points in a good match up. Three of his four remaining games are such match ups.
Diore Hubbard (WVU) 4% Rostered
Top 5 Target
Current Week Match-Up Target
There’s a lot of risk involved with Hubbard. He scored 18.3 fantasy points last week in a game where he received a whopping 29 carries. He could only musted 3.7 yards/carry last week which is the best he’s done in his last four games. His next two games provide good fantasy match ups but I have no clue if he will continue to receive this large of a workload. If you’re desperate for help at RB over the next two weeks then you could take a chance on him.
Jordon Davison (Oreg) 20% Rostered
Top 5 Target
Current Week Match-Up Target
Playoff Match-Up Target
Davison is coming off of a bye week. In his last game he scored 23.8 fantasy points on 16 carries for 102 yards and 2 TDs. He’s found the endzone in four of his last five games. I worry about his workload moving forward. QB Donte Moore left the game with injury as the shift in play calling to the run helped life Davison to those 16 carries. He’s failed to get 10+ carries in his four games prior to that. But I can’t ignore the fact that over the last three games he has had 7.4, 25, and 6.4 yards/carry.
Steve Chavez-Soto (SJSU) 8% Rostered
Top 5 Target
Current Week Match-Up Target
I’m really torn on Chavez-Soto. He’s scored 6 TDs and gone over 18 fantasy points three times in his last four games. My concerns are that San Jose State is not an offensive system that typically producing fantasy RBs. He’s never had more than 14 carries in a game this season. He might continue his current hot streak or more likely could be a TD regression candidate.
WIDE RECEIVERS
Jeremiah Koger (SoFL) 11% Rostered
Top 5 Target
Current Week Match-Up Target
Playoff Match-Up Target
Koger is coming off a bye week. For four games now Koger has managed to score 15+ fantasy points. He’s scored a TD in each of those games and registered 75+ receiving yards. His workload volume is a little light, averaging 5 targets and 4.25 receptions per game during that timespan. The offense is hot and the remaining schedule is very juicy for fantasy production.
Braden Pegan (UtSt) 27% Rostered
Top 5 Target
Current Week Match-Up Target
Volume Workload Target
Pegan is coming off of a bye week. He’s been the brightest spot in the Utah State offense lately. Over the last four games he has scored 16+ fantasy points, been targeted 8+ times, racked up 80+ receiving yards, and scored a TD three times. I love fantasy players from the Mountain West late in the fantasy season as the match ups tend to mostly be good. That’s what I see with Pegan’s schedule, only having one match up that’s not a good one.
Parker Kingston (BYU) 16% Rostered
Top 5 Target
Volume Workload Target
Kingston is coming off of a bye week. In their last game I thought that the BYU passing game would struggle some against Iowa State. That ended up being completely wrong as Kingston put up his best game of the season scoring 30 fantasy points. Over the last four games he has scored 25.1, 20.2, 14.6, & 30 fantasy points. He doesn’t have any fantasy worthy match ups left in the regular season but he has a couple good match ups for the playoff run.
Will Pauling (ND) 15% Rostered
Top 5 Target
Current Week Match-Up Target
Playoff Match-Up Target
Pauling is a great floor play WR. If you exclude the USC game, he scored between 12.8-18.5 fantasy points in each game going back to the end of September. Sometimes you just need a safe guy with lots of good fantasy match ups that you can throw in your line up when you’ve got holes that need to be filled. Every single game remaining for Pauling has a fantasy match up grade in the A range.
Kyle Duplessis (UD) 23% Rostered
Top 5 Target
Current Week Match-Up Target
Volume Workload Target
Playoff Match-Up Target
Duplessis has begun to wake up over the past two games. In those games he has scored 22 and 15.6 fantasy points and has a total of 20 targets for 15 receptions, 163 yards and 2 TDs. He has two strong match ups over the next two weeks which is good if you’re on the bubble for making the playoffs. The later two games are still good match ups but not nearly as good as Weeks 11-12.
TIGHT ENDS
Juice Vereen (UConn) 8% Rostered
Top 3 Target
Current Week Match-Up Target
The Juice is still loose as Vereen has now posted his third straight good fantasy game (22.2, 10.8, & 9.9 fantasy points). I do still worry about the low workload volume he’s getting. When you couple the low volume with him scoring 4 TDs in the last three games, it makes him a prime TD regression candidate. I’m still high on Vereen as a result of how high I am on QB Joe Fagnano and how good the upcoming schedule is.
Hunter Tipton (MidTN) 5% Rostered
Top 3 Target
Current Week Match-Up Target
Volume Workload Target
Tipton has now made it three games in a row with fantasy worth performances of 8.9, 14.1, & 10.1 fantasy points. He’s only reached the end zone once in those games but his workload volume is good and he’s showing consistency in his production. I think he’s the best “safe” option out of this group.
Chamon Metayer (AzSt) 29% Rostered
Top 3 Target
Volume Workload Target
Metayer has been on and off the waiver wire target articles as his play has been inconsistent this year. Over the last two games he has scored 13.5 and 15.8 fantasy points while averaging 7 targets/game. I think the change to Jeff Sims at QB is benefiting Metayer. Sims is not the strongest passer and not able to stretch the secondary. This make Metayer a good safety outlet for Sims to lean on.
